When you join my Pilates classes, you will not only improve your core strength and flexibility but also enhance your overall balance and coordination. I incorporate a variety of equipment, such as light weights, resistance balls, stability balls, and more, to keep the workouts engaging and effective.
Pricing options are flexible to fit your schedule and budget. You can choose to pay as you go at just £10 per class or opt for a 5-week block at £40. No matter which option you choose, each class is one hour long, providing you with ample time to focus on your fitness and well-being. And if you come with a small group of friends (4 maximum), each class would cost a total of £15 per person.
